Roasting
As a light roast Lazy Sunday is a light roast that is easy on the palate, and then softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa includes citrus notes for balance. The result is a cup that is delicious by itself, or paired with milk chocolate or cake. It would also compliment lemon drizzle cakes or simple vanilla sponges very well.
When brewing this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boiling water to ensure that it stays warm and ready to brew. After the brewing process, let the coffee sit for 4 minutes. This ensures that all the grounds are saturated and are not over-extracted. The water should be forced through the grounds by the plunger. Do not stir or stir Coffeee , as this can cause unpleasant elements to enter your cup.
Strength - 3, gentle and easy to go, great for relaxing at the weekend.

Storage
Lazy Sunday is an aromatic light roast with a sweet scent of cocoa and citrus. It has a silky, caressing mouthfeel. The cocoa-like hints can be traced to a winters' day sitting on the sofa reading a good book with a warm family hug. To brew the coffee first pre heat your French Press with off boil water. This will stop the coffee from being over extracted and causing undesirable elements in the drink. Add the grounds, and 250ml of water that is off the boil. Steep for four minutes, plunge, and enjoy.
